minutes were approved.

NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
Bob Ross reported there were none for IBISCHK. Randy Wolff said he was using a tool
"ITEM" to produce Touchstone 1 s-parameter files. He said converting those files to
Touchstone 2 caused an invalid character problem at the first character in the file, when
checking the output file. The file was found to be encoded using UCS-2 LE BOM. Randy said
that was probably Little-Endian.

AR: Mike LaBonte to investigate TSCHK encoding issue sent by Randy Wolff

IBISCHK710 development:
Bob Ross said he had exchanged email with the developer. The suggested changes had been
agreed to. Bob said said the QA script might not have been updated to produce data for
the new tests. Bob listed the various updates that had been requested.

Mike LaBonte said he had requested a new check for the IBIS requirement that file
references use only forward slashes. IBIS-ISS files could have either slash type, but the
same parsing code could still be used for both IBIS and IBIS-ISS, other than the new
check. Bob agreed with that. Bob said Windows tools might produce files with errors, we
would see. Mike said he would test the new IBISCHK with a large number of existing IBIS
files. He expected not many existing IBIS files contained file references at all.

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
  - BIRD181.2
  - IBISCHK security fixes

Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.
